| My friend Vanessa is all about getting some people together to play some D&D or Rifts or Batttlestar Galactica or Vampire or any other role-playing game. She knows the rules and everything but there will be people like me who will be rolling to fuck zombies and have AIDS spells. Anybody down for coming to Toronto sometime to play? Booze may or may be not the focus of the evening. Since I can drink again I'll be focusing mostly on the booze.
She's pretty close to High Park so it's a safe area with free parking after 9pm. Or 6pm. I'm drunk right now so my memory of municipal parking laws is foggy at best.

| There is no way in hell I can partake in the booze now, since my pristiq dosage is now 100mg as oppose to 50. But the roleplay idea sounds kewl to me! | |

| What codex for vampire should I be picking up? After playing Bloodlines I really, really like that universe.
edit: I like it enough that I'm willing to actually play and not douche it up with zombie fucking. Anarchs are great
edit of edit: Vanessa and I seem to have found a lot of people who want to play so we were thinking of making it so two people would play one Malkavian since they're all schizophrenic to cut down on characters and up the hilarious

| Mr. Rick has put a block on anyone reading any of the vampire stuff until he launches his campaign. A campaign 5 years in the making.
Edit: If Q starts a new campaign, it will be Robotech. I am currently working on a turn of the century (1899) superheroes campaign using the GURPS rules
Edit of Edit: I'm not sure I could play vampire without talking to Rick first, don't want to start reading about a game system that he specifically said "Hands off" too.
Edit of Edit of edit: Spoke to Rick, he said hands off rule is over, so yay to vampire!

| If you liked the game Bloodlines, then you want the old Vampire the Masquerade roleplaying books. The main problem is that they are discontinued as White Wolf has a new system called Vampire the Requiem, new gaming world, (5 clans instead of 13, no Malkavians) But if you want to do the old system, I'm totally game for that as I know the old system and not the new one, I think I still have ebooks of the old one | |

| We own the old "Minds Eye Theatre" book.
Also not all malkavians are schizo, lots are don't get me wrong, but there are alot that are simply obsessive complusive, normally about something a) ridiculous or b) disgusting. Just ask Justin about his malkavian, oh the stories!
Edit: I forgot in old rule terms, Justin's malkav was actually based on even older rules, he had the Dominate power as opposed to the Dementia one, so he was actually a tad saner then modern malkavians.
